「Great location, cute place, had everything we needed. Would stay again!」

「The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

「This was a great stay. Suite was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed (except coffee filters for a pot of coffee vs. the pods) Had some trouble receiving the code to the door, as my 20 year old email gets far more emails than can be managed on the road, I couldn't find my email with the code. I did however get the code with a simple phone call without too much hassle. The place was super cute and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again if...

「11am check out would be great」

「The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our...

「This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.」

「It was a lovely old home that has been beautifully redone on the inside.」

「We visited Cincinnati for the weekend and this apartment was in a perfect location! It’s just over the bridge in Covington and it’s walking distance to cute shops and plenty of great restaurants and bars. I highly recommend making reservations at Mamas on Main! The apartment was very clean and decorated so cute. If we’re back in town, we’d love to stay here again! The only issue we ran into was there were 4 women and the only mirror was in the bathroom so that definitely made getting ready a...

「This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

「Nice apartment. Great location. Loved having parking.」

「Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.」
