Great!! I had the king bed with balcony. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. All amemities and mini bar free. Great service from the lady that speak English. Balcony view was awesome.

Great place to stay in Florence! Hotel staff are very accommodating. Hotel had an elevator which is a plus. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning and free breakfast. Would stay here again!

Location near the Duomo and the piazza. The only frustrating thing about the room is you have to use the room key for power, meaning you cannot charge anything (like a phone or computer) unless you’re in the room. Breakfast fare was a nice variety and the gal running the breakfast room was delightful!

The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance.
