The rooftop deck is amazing! This apartment was in a great location with plenty of room for 4 adult travelers. There were just a few minor handyman repairs that needed to be made (door lock, door handle, sofa. We felt very safe. We loved the walkability to most attractions! Highly recommend!

Great space for a group of friends!

Had a great stay in the flat, albeit just one night. Really comfortable space for 5 of us - and a beautiful terrace. My only comment is the wifi in the bottom room was very minimal as the router is on the other side of the flat, up by the small room.

Place was spacious and good layout. Rooftop deck was great. Location was excellent. However, the air conditioner did not cool the apartment even though on coldest setting (it was very hot outside though). Black mold in shower. Front door lock takes a few minutes to unlock. Wifi was sporadic at best. Lastly, according to the person showing us the unit the emergency exit is locked and you can't get out if there is a power failure and the elevator doesn't work (needs to be fixed asap).

Very poor property manager SweetStay, be warned

The clothes dryer did not work and nobody from Sweetstay (the property manager) ever timely responded. You can never get a hold of someone. We had to air dry all Our and our kids’ clothes the whole trip. They only sent somebody the night before we left which was useless. The worst part was the lack of communication and availability of SweetStay. The place could have been fine but beware you will not get help or any responsiveness if you have any issues.

Great location but needs some updating

Location was great, property was spacious but in much need of some TLC. Window catches broken, no ability to pull the fells window blind despite being promised one would be arranged. Unable to lock some door, handle came off in the greeters hand. Access was not easy, lift door got jammed on last day which was concerning as the lift is required to gain access to the property.

The 3 levels of terrace in the most central part of Florence makes this location ideal. There is a private elevator to the apartment. The architecture behind the apartment is impressive to say the least. The contact person was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place!
