La habitación muy pequeña, ruidosa y había mosquitos pero se compensaba bastante con la buena ubicación, el desayuno rico, completo, en un café frente a la Catedral de Santa María del Fiore que es uno de los principales atractivos turísticos. Además la anfitriona es muy amable, nos entregó la habitación antes de la hora de entrada. Un agradecimiento especial para Nicole quien nos recomendó restaurantes dónde comimos delicioso.

Location was great. Breakfast was disappointing. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. Ordered a veggie omelet without cheese and no toast. Omelet came out with cheese and toast. Returned and asked again for veggie omelet with no cheese or toast. Omelet came out with no veggies and not cooked. The waiter tried to say that was normal.

A Sra. Rossella é espetacular, cuida da estadia com louvor, quarto super equipado e limpo diariamente. Minha esposa e eu estamos super satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. The room and location were amazing! A bit noisy at night but were able to sleep fine with ear plugs. The free breakfast spot is also lovely, right beside the duomo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent service and well located property.

Lady Luna is one of the best B&B we ever stayed. Great location, the bed is comfortable and very clean property. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast at L'Opera Caffe is amazing, they also offered 30% discount for lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our room was simple but accommodating! The location is great with it being right next to the Duomo and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was super helpful and flexible with our schedule. Our arrival was delayed due to a train service strike, but they waited for us to arrive late. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and convenient. Definitely worth it!
