The Hotel Jane is a true gem. This small hotel is not only spotless, but its staff provides truly incredible service. The rooms are perfectly clean and well-equipped, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. You'll also love having a superb wine bar and excellent gluten-free restaurants just a short walk away.

Perfect hotel away from the noise

Breakfast was the same everyday, simple but very good and good options. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly so the lady had to go to the bar to make cappuccinos. The room was clean but only got a spare toilet paper roll on the second day. Had an early excursion and we were given breakfast bags full of goodies.

The family room is nice and spacious, and the breakfast is wonderful! The hotel has no parking facilities, although there is a parking lot nearby charges £15 per 24hr.

The staff was awesome! Having parking available was a necessity. The room was clean though the AC could have been a little better. The breakfast was great and we were only a 20 minute walk to the historic center. Great place!

The Hotel Jane is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The safe was a little tricky, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the coffee was tasty. Definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the breakfast area. Hotel Jane is easy walking distance to bus stops and all the taxi/Ubers are familiar with the hotel because it is so well liked. I absolutely will stay here the next time I am in Florence.
These are "hooks" for you to hang your coat or purse on. Very cute.

I loved Hotel Jane. It was a lovely and quaint hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly. A great experience and help us to feel right at home in Florence. It is a pleasant 20 minute walk into the main sightseeing areas of Florence. In a quiet area that avoids the hustle and bustle.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel Jane was very clean and comfortable. Every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Traveling alone, I felt very safe here. It felt like a 25 minute walk to get anywhere from there but a taxi would also come when they called one for me. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. This hotel is located close to restaurants and stores. Very close to the center as well. They are friendly and get you taxis when needed. I recommend this hotel when you are in Florence.

Nice and very clean hotel

Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. The front desk representatives were absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice and is located in a safe residential area. It’s about 20 minute walk to historic center. Breakfast was wonderful. We recommend this hotel and will book it again in future.
