I thought the hotel was a 3-star hotel, but it wasn’t even worth 1 star. The room was dirty, there was no electric kettle, there were no blankets, and the bed was very noisy. It was a really bad experience.

Every thing was beyond my expectations for the price I paid: very clean, the ambiance is very pleasing, several terraces where you can have your breakfast or just relax specially the one on the top floor where you can enjoy the view of the Duomo. Gaby, July 2026

The room had a distinct smell, like something was rotting. The tile floor was dirty. Beds were clean and restroom was clean. Poor ventilation in the restroom, when showering it got really hot in there. A/C worked really well. WiFi barely worked.

The location is great. The rooftop and terrace are very cool if you can see the Duomo in the background. The rooms are pretty good. Shower is nice. The only thing that made me give this less than five stars is the fact my AC didn’t work for two nights, which was the total of my trip so the whole time we had no AC and it was very hot. They were also very stingy with the waters.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Florence. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a good place to rest after a day of exploring. It was basic and mainly suitable for sleeping and showering, but having two air conditioners was a big plus and kept the room very comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 20-minute walk from the major attractions. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and didn't mind the walk. The complimentary breakfast was good, although it was fairly basic. It was enough to start the day before heading out to explore the city. One small detail that could be improved is the room numbering. The room numbers outside the doors were printed on paper, which looked temporary and could be upgraded to give a more polished impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay in Florence.
