「The room was nasty smelled of urine! Knats flying around! Ceiling was old panels with bugs! Just all around unsightly!」

「I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip.」

When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps.
