Room was very clean. Staff was easily accessible by WhatsApp. Great communication. Very cool staying in an 8th century palace. Great walking distance to everything. Would not recommend bringing a car in. parking closest garage to hotel was 40 euros per day and not easy to find.

Everything clean and proper. Italian breakfast means a cup of cofee and a brioche in a bar near by. No reception, but the concierge is easy to reach and very friendly. Very central situated.

Sleeping in a B&B Hotel that is centuries old (800 years I believe) and is a part of a World UNESCO Heritage site just adds to the historical Florentine experience.

The hotel is wonderfully located. It is in the beating heart of the old city. So much to see and do, and the owner of the hotel has wonderful suggestions for enjoyment of the city sights.

Excellent location to easily get to all the sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. 20 mins by taxi from the airport (25 Euros). Good communication with the owner. Great hotel for a city break.

The carpet in the room is a bit worn. But the room is very spacious. The noise level is not too bothersome except for the garbage trucks in the morning.

Perfect location in Florence

Great stay at casa Uffizi perfect location for all the sights room small but good sized bathroom never met the host everything done by pin pad and wattsapp but every message was answered immediately and actually felt had more interaction than if the host was there breakfast was across the square just a coffee and pastry at the bar but they got to know us and were very friendly

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. As stated in property description, you enter up a long stair case and there is no one present to help with luggage. Room was comfortable, however bathroom door was unable to be pushed completely open, making it difficult to move around it. Towels were not changed until requested and shower was thin plastic walls that frequently came off the tracks.

Family-owned and operated. Limited rooms. Everyday they sent a message with suggestions to make the visit to Florence more memorable. Loved that they offered morning coffee take away at a local 4 star restaurant. Great opportunity to sample the offerings. It was thrilling to see 1600s paintings in the museums and could see the same little walk way to the Uffizi represented in those pictures. Perfect spot to pivot and visit all the must-see sights in Firenze! Will definitely be going back. Only challenge are the 2 flights of steep stairs to get to the living areas.

Perfect Stay

Silvano was very friendly and helpful. He contacted me a week prior to arriving, fill all my details online in, and I knew exactly where to go when we arrived. He also checked in every morning via Whatsapp and asked if we needed help and gave ideas what to do for the day. We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location. Very historic building built in the 13 th century!! Not your typical hotel! Very quaint accommodations, but just so amazing! We loved every minute of our stay. So very convenient to everything we wanted to see. Thank you!! Gracie mille!!

Sylvano was very attentive and responsive to our enquiries. Every day, he thoughtfully shared good ideas for enjoying Florence's hidden gems. We will definitely be back, for the excellent customer service, and beautiful and safe accomodations. The location is excellent: right next to the Uffizi gallery! Also, the complimentary breakfast at Riviero was elegant and convenient.
