First of all, it is a 4 asterisk hotel, not 4 star hotel as Expedia shown. See the photo for yourself. It is more like hostel or bed&breakfast. If you are expecting anything like hotel, you might be disappointed . If you are not yoga trainer, The good thing is close to train station. For a quick night to catch early train, it might be work if the price is right. Another thing forgot to mention is the shower box. If you are not a yoga trainer, you might have real difficulty to use the shower.

Staff were professional and polite … this includes those in reception, those who clean the rooms and especially the people who were running the breakfast area. Also really liked the location of this hotel … in easy walking distance of the station, the central market and the main retail area.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Florenz und waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr höflich. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas kleiner als gewohnt aber dafür modern eingerichtet. Mein Highlight war der Balkon. Beim Frühstück gab es keine riesige Auswahl, aber für uns war es ausreichend. Wir waren im 4. Stock, also direkt unter dem Frühstücksraum, deshalb wurden wir meistens schon um 7 Uhr geweckt. Der große Vorteil war auf jeden Fall die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu der Innenstadt.

Poor quality items and kept running out. Beautiful breakfast area - could easily be the best part of stay with a little effort.

Breakfast was ok but we found it difficult to get healthy food. There seemed to be a finite amount of fruit and yogurt (managed to get a yogurt one morning out of four). That said we opted for 8 am breakfast and might have had more luck earlier. Hotel was well located and felt really secure. I would stay there again.

Super clean room, modern, good shower and bed, nice and quiet, 10 minutes from the train station, breakfast was done in time slots and was ok maybe could have had more selection, staff were friendly, my only bugbear was the WiFi was really slow and i ended up using my hot-spot instead

Windows head blinds that would not open so we never got to see outside. Shower was very small. You could barely move in the shower stall. There were only two large towels, no washcloths no hand towels and they did not change them the next day we had to ask for fresh ones received two bottles of water in the refrigerator the first day and never anymore the following days air conditioning unit worked well plenty of outlets clean facility. Breakfast buffet was OK, front desk young lady was very helpful and nice hotel was down the block from the train station so it was quite crowded but manageable.

When we arrive the front desk attendee didn't speak much Spanish or English. It was hard to understand him. Also our room was on the first floor and it was noisy. The breakfast was not good at all, the cook was taking out the fruit with her bare hands and the eggs you had to heat them up in a microwave

We booked and paid for a double room but were given a one full-bed room instead, which was very disappointing. When we went back downstairs to address it, we were told there were no other rooms available and that this was simply what we would get. The shower was extremely small—so much so that even as a petite person, I couldn’t comfortably close the glass doors while showering. There was barely any space for our carry-ons, and surprisingly, no phone in the room to contact the front desk. The walls are paper-thin—we were woken up in the middle of the night by a neighboring guest being sick. The breakfast was also a letdown, with stale and old food. While the view was nice, it didn’t make up for the overall experience. To top it off, the front desk staff (particularly the main woman downstairs) was unhelpful and rude. Overall, not a stay I would recommend.
