「First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on...

「Their service is great an warm. The receptionists gave us wise advices during snowstorm while showing care of us. The location is so convenience which allows us to drive there safely. We will definietly stay in this hotel in our next visit」

「Spa was excellent. Loved the variety of steam/sauna rooms and pools. The outdoor pool was great and the indoor one with the glass stained roof was amazing. So chilled and relaxing. The hotel room was very spacious. Staff were friendly. The Darwin’s Bar was cosy and welcoming. We had two cocktails which were very well made. Only let down was the restaurant. If we were to stay again we’d eat somewhere else. 」

「很古典的酒店，可是房間wifi要付費，但酒店大堂有免費wifi。有升降機但房間可能再另一橦，因為要行半層樓梯。停車場收費5鎊。職員友善。」
