「The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. 「Absolutely shocking. Stunk off Stale Curry and Urine. Nothing maintained, dangerous electricals, bed linen unwashed and no covers on the yellow/brown pillows and quilts. Food still in the sink, urine in the toilet and a huge wet patch in one of the rooms carpets. There were only room to sleep 3 even though there were 4 of us that we had booked so had to arrange alternative accommodation and no refund accepted from the landlord even though he agreed it while we were at the property. 「I wouldn't stay again. I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. 」

「We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.」
