「I had a bug problem in my room. In addition, the floors are thin and you can here the busy roads. Not to mention noisy dogs. The place seems new tho and the breakfast was great.」

「When we checked in, we were helped by Blake who was completely thorough on what all the amenities were. She suggested places to eat and we were impressed by her knowledge. The reason for only a good rating is this: I could not get into the bed easily. I am 5'4" and the bed was above my waist. A thick mattress and thick box springs on a platform made it so hard to climb in the bed. I brought that to the attention of the staff as we checked out and was informed that they had step stools OR I...

「Booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, rooms were found to be in very rough shape. Dingy and very run down. Worn out walls, floors and surfaces. Bathroom was disgusting. We were afraid that the bedbugs & roaches would disturb our sleep, so we immediately requested a refund and went to a nicer and cheaper Holiday Inn. This is fine for perhaps a single guy, but not suitable for women or children. Attn HUSBANDS; Do NOT book here!! Your wife will be pissed!」

「It was just ok nothing spectacular. Some questionable ppl staying there. Front desk person consistently not there so u had to wait. TV didn't work so had to move rooms. All in all u get what u pay for.」

「The room is spacious and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioner is annoying as it runs non-stop regardless of settings; but honestly very minor inconvenience.」

「My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal」
