不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體
Hotel ran out of room keys and stated they would have to walk us to our room and let us in. They stated if we needed to leave the room that we would need to either leave the door cracked open to our room or go to front desk to have them open our room again each time. Problem is there is not someone 24 hours at the front desk, so if you leave your room after they leave, you are out of luck. Room and sheets were wet to the touch. Baby roaches noted in the bathroom. Also, they only gave us one bar of soap for 4 people and when we went to the front desk to ask for more they said they only have enough to give one soap per room per day. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The area is sketchy, smell of weed in front lobby. Cigarette buds on floor in elevator. I would not recommend this place. We had two kids with us and couldn’t wait to leave. We left at 7am and no one was at the front desk to checkout. There is a sticky notes on the front desk window saying to call to reach guest services. Yet when we called the number, we heard it ringing In the empty front desk area. This place is a mess. Not worth the price we paid. $104 for the night. Lesson learned. We will not stay here again.
