「Hotel is in the perfect location for St. Paul's big events. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn't face Grand Casino because it can get loud at night. The beds are very comfy and the staff was a delight.」

「The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Staffs I talked to from front desk, maintenance manager, general manger are all super friendly, kind, efficient and most importantly care about the guest experience. I initially had an inconvenience with the AC in the room I received a free upgrade to a big room also water and drinks from sundry area I picked out and about to pay but got waived the charge. 「Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking.」
