「Great location and price. Very helpful and kind staff.」

「My room was cozy and nice. Walking distance to city centre. Hotel provided free parking which was really good. Staff were friendly. Will stay again.」

「Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

「There are a number of rooms above the pub. Stayed for one night and would stay again for one night. Close to the Barbican, had a single room with ensuite. The shower was lovely, only having a hand towel less so. The room was very warm and a fan was provided but you had to decide between quiet and sweaty. Breakfast was included and there was an extensive menu. Just a bit mixed - good for a night, couldn't see myself staying there for longer.」

「Room is clean. Breakfast is OK. Interior decorations is a bit old or you will love it as it is Victoria style.」

「Excellent hotel」
