「We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.」

「I am not usually one for big resort hotels, but Hotel Latini was a positive surprise. The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff. The rooms are cozy, the beds super comfy and the breakfast very good and plentiful. 「It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. 」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again.」

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」
