「Very good experience」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「This hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the lake and near to the bus station and several bars and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The views from the roof top bar are stunning and you can purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from the vending machine. My only issue was the room we booked for 3 adults was a little small and it didn’t have enough storage for 3 people staying for a week.」

「While centrally located - there’s no air conditioning and the area is extremely noisy until late at night, followed by the cleaning crews in the early hours, followed by the extensive church bells early morning. So, during summer, if you want to leave your windows open you’re unlikely to get any sleep. Check in with cocky young Denis wasn’t stellar. He kept trying to get us to park in the public parking instead of the hotel parking. Hotel parking has an awful entry system for foreigners who...

「الفندق جميل ومخصص للاطفال من الدرجة الاولى حيث توجد اماكن مخصصة للاطفال في كل مكان بالفندق ويشمل حديقة لطيفة للعب الاطفال وايضا الديكورات والجو العام للفندق تشعر انك داخل مدينة العاب ويوجد بوفية للاطفال ، العيب الوحيد للفندق انه يبعد عن بحيرة زيلامسي حوالي كيلو ٢ كيلو ولا يوجد تكيف بالغرف لذا يرجى التأكد من درجة الحرارة قبل النزول بالفندق」

「Couldn’t have been anymore perfect」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. 」

「The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet.」

「Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!」
