「Die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem Berg und die Aussicht auf den See sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattete mir einer kleinen Küche Zeile, ohne Ofen. Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine, Besteck usw. sind vorhanden. Skikeller ist ebenfalls sehr smart gelöst, alles abschließbar. Frühstück kann ebenfalls mit gebucht werden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist komfortabel, WLAN etc. ist vorhanden. Rundum alles sehr gut . Der Shuttle-Service funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und...

「Das Hotel ist fußgängig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und unweit der Fußgängerzone und dem See. Im Hotel gibtes verschiedene, gemütliche Bereiche in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sauber.」

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」

「It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. 」

「The hotel staff are really nice, it’s a short walk into town. Only thing I would say of note, the hotel is right next to the Trainline. It’s not an issue if you can have to windows closed, but if it’s warm you may need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. 」
