"I am not usually one for big resort hotels, but Hotel Latini was a positive surprise. The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff. "Ideal location. Well thought out room with toaster and kettle; ideal to make a bite to eat. Breakfast was disappointing; not worth the money. Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. Staff and room were great though and would return again"

"I recommend this hotel for its value, location and cleanliness. The room was small but very functional and the bed was super comfy. I could walk to the Areit lift. Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. Special compliment to the staff - I left a pair of sunglasses in the common areas and Ursula and the staff were fantastic in organizing them to be sent home- a huge thank you to them. All in a all a wonderful and beautiful part of the world and a great value place to stay!"

"Good location near train, bus and ski area. Not so many eating options nearby and many were fully booked but we managed. Hotel has just been taken over and Raman is doing a great job with some teething issues but he and his staff were really friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee in room would be a great addition but very kindly a kettle was provided when we asked. Hair dryer provided was great. We requested a quiet room and although 102 is quiet over night banging starts at about 5.30am, possibly as next to reception/entrance. Also, the bathroom in this room did not represent the photos on Expedia- it was much older but ok. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, many options, great scrambled eggs. Staff just a bit slow at cleaning and replenishing but as they get more experienced they will get quicker. Only suggestion is breakfast area needs brighter lighting. A lovely little property that will no doubt improve. We would definitely return - especially if they offered a bar and evening meal. Good luck. "
