"Terrible experience."

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It has been along time since i have ran into staff who are sincerely nice and upbeat naturally. From maintenance, cleaners and management. Not a one displayed trained welcoming and schooled niceness. "

"The room was not clean, shades had clear holes and rips in them, exposed wiring in the hallways, doors that did not lock at advertised times, no details provided about breakfast requirements, clear signs of disrepair throughout building. Even heard staff threatening to call police over a pet acting like a pet in a "pet-friendly" room."

"The room was clean and staff were very friendly. We parked on the street for free over the weekend. There is a garage next door in which you can pay for parking. I'm not certain of the fees. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast. It was pretty good. I would definitely recommend the hotel stay. "

"This place Does Not look like the photos advertised. I'm surprised it's even on this website. My wife and I booked a room for five days. When we pulled up to the property it looked abandoned. Main entrance was shut down. We entered on the side of the building. No parking on the property due to the broken down cars parked in the spots. The interior looks like time completely stopped in the late 80s. Everything is outdated. None of the amenities were available. The whole place reaked of cigarette smoke and dust They gave us a room that already had people staying in it. The other room they gave us had no hot water. No door locks. No Wi-Fi. We stayed up all that first night in fear of someone walking in on us and checked out at first light the next day. Later that day we heard that the city uses the building to house the homeless when the weather gets cold. Do Not Stay at this place!"
