"This hotel is wonderfully pleasant with a retro vibe! The room was very clean. Staff was great. Pool was nice-clean-relaxing. We loved all the palm trees and shrubbery that surrounds the lounge area that makes it secluded. It has a tiki bar for night cocktails if you choose so. Nothing loud just relaxing vibes. Thanks for the memories!"

"This property is a small hotel right on the beach. The best things about the hotel: - It is right on the beach - the lounges and umbrellas are included into the resort fee ($40 per night) - Parking is available (one car per room at $50 per day - expensive, but the parking in this area is expensive) - The beach is very nice, and all rooms are oceanfront and have balconies - There is a restaurant on site - It is in a quieter part of the beach, away from the noise and the business of the public beach - Very convenient drive or uber ride to lots of restaurants, activities, and shopping. - Staff are all very nice - The room is spacious (we had a double queen) Negatives - Particularly, bathrooms could use updating. The bathtub and fixtures were old and the water pressure was not great - It would have been great to have a larger fridge in the room, but we made do with the mini fridge. Overall, excellent stay and would definitely chose this property again as the positives outweighed the negatives"

"We arrived during a power outage that affected the building we were staying in. After waiting two hours we requested a room in a building that had power. We reserved an ocean front balcony and moved to beach view no balcony. They told us we would lose the balcony but I did not know they would charge us for a balcony room. Not fair!"

"Our stay at Ocean Manor Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful! Staying right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view made the experience so relaxing and memorable. While parts of the building are a little outdated, the room we stayed in was very nice, clean, and well kept. One feature we really appreciated was the full kitchen in our room. It made our stay even more convenient because we were able to pick up groceries during our trip and cook some of our own meals. The overall property and rooms were clean and maintained nicely throughout our stay. The resort also offered great amenities, including an on-site bar and restaurants, as well as convenient towel, beach chair, and umbrella rentals. What really stood out was the attentive beach service. Servers regularly walked along the beach to check on guests and make sure we had everything we needed, whether it was beverages or food from the bar area. Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely stay there again!"

"Amazing birthday staycation! The 3 pools were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was incredible; especially Lizze at the outdoor bar, who made the experience even better with her amazing service and energy. I do wish beach access was included, but besides that, this was one of the best outdoor hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Would definitely come back"

"Beautiful, large, clean rooms. Neighborhood felt safe. Staff were very nice, but they are not onsite 24hrs a day. Everything in room worked well, but vending machine did not work. Nice restaurant behind the hotel that offers a discount while staying here. We are already planning our next stay here in October!"

"Overall, this apartment was a great stay. The space was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, and most items were good quality, which I value. One suggestion would be to provide coffee filters, as short-term guests may not purchase them; or consider a reusable filter for about $5 on Amazon. The hosts were extremely responsive and replied to messages promptly. However, the Wi-Fi did not work during the stay despite multiple attempts to connect. The hosts mentioned they would address the issue, but it was never resolved, which was inconvenient and required relying on mobile data. One drawback was the lack of storage furniture for clothing, which made it difficult to organize belongings. The larger concern was activity in the building’s stairwell. Groups gathered there drinking and smoking, which felt uncomfortable. On several occasions, there were late-night knocks on the door (around 1 AM and 3 AM), which was concerning and impacted the overall sense of safety. On a positive note, the location is close to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Once across the bridge, you can request a Circuit car, a free and convenient electric ride service similar to Uber. In summary, the apartment is well maintained and enjoyable, but there are areas for improvement, particularly Wi-Fi reliability, guest safety, and storage. With these improvements, this could be an even better place to stay."
