"Pros Beautiful grounds Great staff Beautiful pool Beautiful beach Cons With All inclusive package they don’t stock fridge w drinks just a gallon jug of water They don’t take your luggage to your room they take it off truck put it on a cart just so u can tip driver and bell but then they roll it into open lobby and leave it for u to get up stairs and never told us we had to track down our bags Vendors on beach are non stop"

"Comparing the wide type of hotels, this would not be considered a luxury hotel. But if you are a scuba diver, then this is as close to luxury as you will find. They have tons of boats, so can accomodate a huge group of divers. Staff across the board were helpful and friendly. Service was generally quite fast, again considering the number of customers they had. I also enjoyed the food and drinks."
