「Booked a room with two queen beds but was given a room with a king bed. Was told there would be a $50 up charge to switch to a room with two beds. They did provide a roll-in cot at no charge. Front end staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. As was shuttle driver. The door to our unit show signs of a forced entry - with multiple gouges around the lock. Took an early flight out so cannot comment on the breakfast. Room was clean and tastefully decorated, as was the hotel.」

The staff are all amazing and the property is very clean, except for the pools which gather leaves from the trees above, but I appreciate it’s impossible to avoid.
