「服務人員很親切熱心」

「這家旅館就在市中心的City Center, 步行到許多地方都非常方便！服務人員態度很好，雖然照正下午三點才能入住，但我們從遊輪下來、抵達旅館的時候才早上10點！櫃檯的人員12點就讓我們入住房間了！我們住在4樓，落地窗推開外面還有個小陽台，種的花很有情調！早餐也很豐富！」

「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

「The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with...
