「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
