Modern Hotel only one step away from the central train station in Bergen. The room and bath were clean and we had a good sleep. The staff was very friendly, check-in and -out very fast. We got due to our early leave even a breakfast to got. Thanks!

We chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to the train station, which was very nice as we arrived and left via train. The hotel is a great value for the price. The breakfast is beautiful and offers lots variety. They provide free coffee and tea 24/7. I would say our experience with the staff was mid. We had a couple instances where they had a poor attitude with us.

Great stay and warm welcoming reception and wonderful breakfast… few steps away from the train station so that we just walked to take the train for Oslo!! Everything else is also walking distance… we walked to the city, Christmas market, fish maarket…

Great room - comfortable and clean. Bed/Bathroom was sufficient for my needs. Breakfast was totally manic and food could have been replaced quicker. Clear notices not to take food for packed lunches however some people were clearly doing that including what appeared to be a large tourist group. Saying that, choice and the food that was there was good. Also issues with seating - clearly not enough tables and chairs - people wandering about sitting everywhere.

Great location and nice communal spaces to chill out in. Food and drinks in the restaurant were decent. Downside was the weird doors that have to be locked when you leave. We didn't know and left our room unlocked for two days. Plus side its very safe and nothing went missing.
