「We had a fantastic stay once again, the breakfast was amazing, highly recommend」

「The apartment is in a great location across from the river with parking on site. It is luxurious, exceptionally clean, spacious and everything feels high quality and brand new - the decoration and style of the building is first class. It is also packed with a lot of smart home features such as lighting, sound systems, large TV and even a robot vacuum to keep the place tidy. The apartment is also dog friendly and being on ground floor is a perfect spot for dog owners with a lot of nearby places...

「Clean rooms」

「When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. 」

「Nice hotel」

「This is an excellent example of a Malmaison, it’s such a lovely hotel. The bar and restaurant are super. Food is always spot on and the cocktails are always wonderfully made. We’ve stayed many times and always love the rooms, which are nicely appointed and a generous size. This time it was a little tired, sockets broken, curtains marked, windows broken, nothing major but just needs a bit more attention to detail. Bathroom was clean enough, but there was makeup on the tiles above the sink and...

「Not enough car park. No water and slipper provide in room」

「Lovely old Inn with fabulous local inspired menu options. Enjoyed the cozy feeling.」

「Arriving on a busy Saturday evening (lively bar, good atmosphere), would like to have seen signage for where to check-in, but after locating the right member of staff, we received a friendly welcome. 2nd floor room was very clean with good facilities, but unfortunately the extent of the sloping walls have driven a layout and bathroom configuration that overall weren't suitable for my husband who is 6'3", but were also a challenge for me, who at a smallish 5'4" could not stand up straight beside...

「Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Linda was especially helpful, including accommodating an early arrival and arranging for laundry services. The food was excellent, as was the service.」

「The location of the hotel is so convenient, the city centre is only 5 mins away. Overnight parking at NCP is quite reasonable only £12 with discount code. I highly recommend this hotel in Aberdeen.」

「It was something to forget, did not meet my expectaion. Very disappointed. Stayed there in August was happy with the place. This time the room was very tired. It was cold, the heating was not working. Phone the staff 2 time to get it sorted.」
