「Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only glitch is that the the noise from wave runners in the canal gets amplified due to the building on both sides and gets annoying, but it is no refletion on the hotel itself.」

Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed.
