「I checked in on short notice because of an unscheduled layover. The staff was so nice. In the morning I was having breakfast on the terrace and had a great veiw of bombs being intercepted, it was so cool! Great stay!」

「要玩亞斯島,住這邊就對了,還依據人數面費贈送門票,我們吃了早餐和晚餐,晚餐當場和飯店加訂也是很容易有座位和住房優惠。走路可到華納兄弟樂園,要到其他的樂園就要請飯店叫一下計程車比較快。 入住飯店時,我們在前往飯店的計程車上遺漏一了一件行李,裡面有小朋友的遊樂器材,感謝現場服務人員kayla、christine、elizabeth等人的協助,用電話幫我們溝通計程車送回,有被收合理的計程車送回車資,但行李對我們來說才是最重要的,物品也都沒遺漏, 滿分的飯店,餐飲和服務人員,推薦大家來入住。」

「Almost no hot water supply. The sanitary fittings are loosed. The water flow rate is extremely low. The washing machine was not working. Air-con is also not really you can control the temperature. This is the hotel you should try and other 3-star hotel you will find them nice. Extremely disappointed and swear to God will not come back again」

「We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. 「We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. 」

「Be aware there is a SECURITY DEPOSIT which Bloomfields requires prior to check-in. It is stated within the house rules for the accomodation, which I did not read as I am travelling on business and treated the accomodation as a hotel. The security deposit is more in total than a 2-day stay. The deposit can be paid via an app called "Paymob", or a bank transfer, or cash. Use of the app led to my bank (a North American bank) freezing my credit card due to suspect activity. I had to resort to...

「All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality.」
