「This place was so cute. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed longer. Very clean and cute. You could tell a lot of love and care had been put into the decor. Everything felt cozy and homey. They even had coffee and cookies available in the room. And they provided a little binder full of hiking spots, restaurants, and things to do nearby which was very helpful. If I ever come through this town again o will definitely stay at Madeline’s. 」

「We stayed with our lovely hosts Jo and Jim at their beautiful B&B. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Lovely Jo showed us to our room and it really did exceed expectations. Breakfast was delicious with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and fresh coffee etc. Jo and Jim went over and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back. 「I enjoyed my stay at the talbot could not fault the bed rooms or cleanliness of the place I used the gym while i was here and it was ok but the cable weights could do with being updated and some of the weight machines Would definately stay again 」

「Worst thing is getting to your room a mile away from reception, only to find that the room keys don't work on the last day. This is despite the hotel bill being prepaid. Are they expecting us to walk off with the 10 year old telly? It's a terrible practise, and certainly not unique to this hotel, where the stay was otherwise fine and the bar food pretty good.」
