「Check in was super easy, really enjoyed the location right beneath the bridge. It was also very easy to walk up and down the street and the Astoria Riverwalk.」

「Most of motel was under construction - no warning on Expedia or motel website. Available rooms were pet friendly, we did not have a pet. No breakfast buffet, bagged breakfast delivered to room (untoasted bagel, muffin, hard boiled eggs and juice box). Coffee maker in room with no cream. Room we stayed in very dated and in need of remodeling. Holes in sheets, tv didn’t sit on stand correctly, screen door feel off. Love this place in the past but disappointed in our stay.」

Once we got to our room, as soon as we opened the door we noticed the air was stale and musty as if the windows and doors had not been open in a long time, and a nauseating smell like they had painted recently. 「My only knock on the stay was that they were going thru construction on the decks outside and the contractors left a bunch of metal shavings all over our deck that got tracked inside. Not the hotels fault and they immediately sent up housecleaning to take care of the issue. Staff was awesome and bent over backwards to help.Compensation was not necessary but appreciated none the less. My only other suggestion is to open the pool at 8 am. 10 is just too late for energetic kids wanting to burn off...
