「Check in was simple and communicative, using WhatsApp. Nicola was friendly, and at the time of check in, met with us and provided a map to show locations in the city to walk. He also organized a transfer to the airport for a Sunday morning flight. That person showed up at 745am, with a clean, luxury vehicle, and charged us what a taxi would have charged us for the ride. The apartment was in good shape, and was well appointed, including an impressive bathroom with an excellent shower....

「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」

My room was facing an open street terrace with the extreme late night noise and a farmers market for the very early setup noise. Couple this with garbage/recycing pickup and street cleanup at 4am, it impossible to sleep because the windows are not soundproof. During daytime the room is much quieter…」
