The property was at a perfect location ...very clean...and Ceclia manager ..was extremely prompt with any calls ..I would recommend this property to anyone.
Room was clean, staff was excellent, continental breakfast was good. The room needed more places to hang towels in bathroom, bed was up in loft and bathroom on bottom floor so a little inconvenient. Close walking distance to many attractions however not the nicest part of town, felt somewhat unsafe around hotel area at night.
The room was great. I liked the kitchen facilities which suited my needs. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and attentive. I liked the fact that I could turn on and off the air conditioning to suit my needs. The breakfast has a good selection Having a restaurant on the premises was good and the food and service was great.
Room was as advertised, spacious and very clean. Air conditioning was top level! Good facilities in the room and nice toiletries. Staff were excellent and so was breakfast with a good choice. Close to several restaurants and good location. Would recommend for sure.
I loved this place. It seems like a family owned and ran hotel. They are very accommodating and helpful. They are located in walking distance from shopping and night life. We only stayed one night before our cruise but we will be staying one more night after the cruise as well.

staff was nice and helpful. property is newly renovated. Rooms are basic. my room is facing the patio, they hosted parties on the weekend which noise level were high till 12pm. Wifi was HoRRible! not connected at all. no coffee machine inside the room. neighbourhood a bit sketchy but acceptable, close to supermarkets and tourist areas. walkable distance to train/ bus station.
Front door was never open, always had to go through the restaurant next door to get in, which was annoying with luggage.
Late at night the area isn't the nicest, but fine during the day.
The room itself was great, nice and spacious with lots of extra amenities and great ac.
My family and I were stranded in Catania recently, when our flight was grounded for several days due to volcanic activity. We were fortunate enough to have found this gem of a hotel and I can’t begin to express how grateful we are to the family that runs this place. Their kindness to us during a very stressful time was heartwarming. And the hotel itself is amazing. There is an elevator onsite (a real treat among most smaller European city hotels). The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, a balcony, and air conditioning. The hotel breakfast (included) was a godsend, as was the onsite restaurant, where we had some of the most delicious meals we had in our month-long stay in Sicily. And the hotel’s location, right in the center of town, allowed us to explore many parts of Catania on foot. The entire staff went out of their way to make things easy and comfortable for us, even driving us to and from the airport when our flight was cancelled yet a third time! If you are ever in Catania do not even consider staying anywhere else!

24 hours front desk, which is very nice in that area. We booked room with bedroom in the 2nd floor and toilet in first floor, which is not convenient, We asked to switch to a diff room with bedroom and bathroom in the same floor successfully, Thanks.

The room was clean and large.I Sent an email to inquire about parking but they never responded. You have to park on the street which is challenging. The hotel is located a few doors down from a brothel where prostitutes were sitting on chairs on the side walk with open doors to rooms with beds. The area seemed a bit sketchy so I would be concerned about coming back late at night.
Room was clean, had A/C but didn't need it, room faced the back of the building, so was very quiet. Elevator was appreciated. Bed and closet in our room are upstairs of main room. Was on the top (2nd) floor and had two skylights with motorized shades above the bed. Desk staff also work in the Vision Restaurant downstairs, which is where the buffet breakfast is available 7-10 am. Good selection of typical European breakfast items. Pastries, some stuffed with meat or vegetables, cakes, biscuits, jam, Nutella, hard boiled eggs, sliced deli meats and cheeses, yogurt, juices, and coffee. Restaurant open and serving all day.
Friendly staff. Competent in English. 7-8 minute walk to main square and Via Etna.
Bel endroit proche de tout. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et le resto-bar attenant intéressant. Le quartier semble un peu défraîchi mais l’hôtel est en bonne condition.
