The smell of smoke is still present in the hallway and the room. Toliet bowl needs to be scrubbed clean at the rim. Those are sensitive details I cannot overlook.

There are nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We especially loved Wild Roots Market. It was also great the property is close to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park.
