"In my room, there is a closed in between door. This in between door is a locked entrance to another room, for other tourists. This in between door is very thin, you can hear everything. And I mean everything. The contact person I had for this room is friendly and questions, requests, remarks I made with WhatsApp, were answered and solved immediately. However, 3 to 4 staff members at the front desk, sitting and looking bored, no (fake) smiling, is a doubtful "

"Great hotel with good location and very reasonable. Points to note: breakfast choices limited to about 5 different choices, no variation (One was chicken club sandwich and chips!). Room service sporadic - we only had two days out of 5 when they came in. Room towels are also used to take to pool, you only get one large one per person (and this has to be for your shower after too). Could do with more loungers round the big (67m!) pool. "
