「I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Tommy’s Budget Rooms. Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority...

「We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!」

「Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off」
