Farmstay in Fayette County

past customer, no bad experiences here, decent breakfast, clean

Central to all I wanted to see.

We got to the hotel late and they was having a plumbing issue. They apologized several times about the water being off due to this issue. They put us on the second floor away from the noise of them working. The new owner made sure we was ok with everything. We got up the next morning and water was fixed. We had a decent breakfast and the staff was wonderful. I spoke with a few different staff members and they were all very nice and helpful. We have stayed here before and will stay again!!

Horrible debacle on check-in. After driving 8 hours, took 45 minutes to straighten out Orbitz/Expedia payment problem. I won't use Orbitz again.

It wasn't terrible. It was clean enough and had the very basics. The pictures make it seem bigger and cuter. This is a tiny motel. The main problem I had was that the door pushed back open slightly so it didn't close tight. It was latched, but cold air was pouring in. The heating unit was accurate as it was clearly not the 72 degrees I set it at but it would shut off. Smaller complaint, there was only two pillow and the pillows were different. The bed frame was for a king and they had a queen in...

Our room was clean and the staff were polite. We would gladly stay again!

Very friendly staff. We were there for 3 nights. Would stay here again. Great location resteraunts close and shopping all in walking distance. Pets welcome for $10.00 a night. Well worth the money.

Very friendly staff! Comfy and clean rooms. My girls and I loved the game room. It was well stocked with board games and table top games. Check out was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area! Highly recommend!

I liked the cleanliness and maintenance of property. I did not like that the gift shop was "woke" with predominately lgbt and "pride" merchandise. Foreknowledge of this would have influenced our decision.

I tore my dress I was going to wear to a wedding, and I needed a needle and thread to repair it. My husband went down to the front desk, but the person did not have it. She called the hotel next door, and went over to get a little sewing kit. My husband offered to give her a few dollars, but she did not accept it, saying it was part of her job. We believe it was a service beyond the call of duty. Also, the breakfast was tasty, and the premises and room were spotless. Thank you.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in a while. Very clean, almost pristine in fact.. I would stay here again anytime and I would recommend it 110%

Great stay. Friendly staff. Very nice facilities.

Clean

Great hotel, located on the restaurant/shopping strip in Wilmington. The Holiday Inn Robert's Center is where we stay for our annual trip to Wilmington, but was booked to a dog show this year. This H.I. Express was a excellent substitute. It was clean, modern and had good amenities. It was also convenient to our event. Staff was very nice and helpful, including fixing my H.I. reward account which has been messed up for years. Free breakfast was nice and had a good variety to cover most...

We loved staying at the General Denver! The building is beautiful with a unique charm to it. The staff is incredibly friendly! We unintentionally booked a room too small for three people (the website described the room I booked as a Deluxe so I assumed it had a bed and pull out couch.) when it was determined we were actually in the smallest room in the entire hotel, the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra cost. The food at the hotel was also pretty good! In walking distance,...

This was an excellent place to stay! My wife and I drove down from Cleveland to do some antiquing before New Years Eve and it is in a perfect location. This historical home is very well maintained and the attention to detail is fantastic. The bed was amazing and slept better here than we did at home! Ron, the owner, was a pleasure to have conversations with throughout our stay. He truly is a genuine man and could not have asked for a better stay. Will plan to stay again in the summer. Thank you...

Really nice stay, two breakfast’s, inviting lobby, decent room. N they mopped everyday multiple times a day.
