「Dirty room and loud people outside at 11 pm」

「Dude wanted $100 deposit, give him cash and make him write a receipt, you will not get the money back on card. Room smelled bad, had two beds in the room. One had dirt and hair on it, the other was clean enough to sleep on.」

「I had to wait about 10 minutes for assistance to check in. The front desk attendant had to leave to help another guest. The room had a very musty mildew odor. When I asked for a different room I was told that none were available. The lobby and exercise room were clean. Breakfast was OK. The staff were polite and generally helpful.」

「Hampton Inn will always be my first choice when traveling through the Washington Court House, Jeffersonville, Ohio. Hampton Inn by Hilton was the best most comfortable peaceful sleep I've had and I have stayed in all of the other hotels, Inn's whatever in that area during my travels and none matched my stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. 「staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem.」

「Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.」
