「Everything enjoyed my stay」

「The hotel is great. Spacious and clean, with a kitchenette. I can prepare some food for my kids. The location is comparatively far from the main area of the city, but the environment is fine. Opposite to the hotel is a Navy Base so I think the safety can be guarantteed. No breakfast service, and the WIFI is weak.」

「This is a magnificent place to stay in New Orleans. I stayed here one for a wedding and since then I don’t look anywhere else for a room if the Frenchmen is available. There’s not much to the place except nice old rooms at a great location. The rooms can feel a bit bare and some fixtures are old but that’s part of the charm for us. Excellent pool and hot tub. Highly recommend. 」

Don’t stay here if want a modern hotel, with many modern amenities, lacking in character and charm. Don’t stay if colorful staff with a passion for the music of New Orleans ( which they bring nightly to the hotel lobby or courtyard) is not your thing. Don’t stay if listening to music wafting in from Frenchman street late into the night seems annoying. But you have a passion for the people,...

「Lovely hotel far enough away from the noise of Bourbon Street that is excellently staffed and appointed with wonderful amenities. Evelyn and Elena at the front desk were wonderful. Thomas at the bar was comical and knowledgeable behind that bar and familiarity of the area. 」
