「Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!」

「 Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.」

「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」

「Fantastic! The staff was very helpfull, the rooms were impeacable (and warm) and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Better than an hotel in our opinion. Congrats! The only drawback as lack of EV charger... but they said it was coming..」

「Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly . Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel .」

「This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!」

「My mom and I took a girls trip to Italy and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is gorgeous, exactly as pictured, perhaps better. Our room was beautiful, modern and tasteful. The furniture and decoration on the entire property was gorgeous, beautiful and aesthetic. The pool was stunning, with immaculate views of the vineyard.
