「Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! 」

「Overall, great stay! The staff was very attentive and our room was great. Our first room smelled pretty bad so we went down and requested a new room with no issue. For the price and the quality, I would definitely come back!」

「The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise,...

「Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!」

「Toilet seat was missing a screw and was loose and hanging. Bed was so old I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch . Tub stopper was broke so when you took a shower tub filled up - had to stick a plastic bottle in there to keep it open. Refrigerator ice maker was broken - NO ICE MAKERS ANYWHERE! Close to PNC is great but WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN ! 」

「Extremely happy with our stay Upon arrival got 3 drink voucher per adult per room so we were 3 adults and 1 child With drinks were light snacks like Pasta, soup, salad, nachos, hot dogs The food was a bit disgusting n cold but we enjoyed our drinks with nachos Morning breakfast was also nice From buttermilk biscuits to scrambled eggs , oatmeal, sausages patty, hash potatoes, n waffles Overall great value for money」
