"I wasn’t expecting much but I was very impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel. I’ve never considered La Quinta as an extended stay location but this property changed my mind. The breakfast every morning was excellent and the staff was always polite and professional. If my future plan include Bentonville I will be sure to stay here again. "

"There is NO housekeeping service during your stay if less than one week!! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel which requires you bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones each day during your stay!!!!!"

I did not complain to the front desk because I hoped I would see the cleaning staff in the hallway at some point the next day. I did not see them and further, when I entered my room at the end of the day, my bed was not even made. Towels were not replenished either."
