"Room was clean but smelled slightly of smoke, guessing it was from previous guests that were smokers. Front desk check in wasn’t the greatest. She didn’t explain anything so I had to ask questions just to find general things out which should not be necessary. Room and property is nice and location is great. Amenities are excellent. All of the other staff we’ve encountered has been very good. "

"The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. The room and hotel was clean. However, the hot tub was dirty/cloudy which made me not want to use it. That was very disappointing as the hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was also extremely uncomfortable with the way my 4th floor, corner room shook several times throughout my stay. I could literally feel the room trembling with no obvious reason. Breakfast was good and plentiful with biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and more."
