"Staff were extremely kind. Hotel was clean and parking was good. We did not use the pool so I cannot report on it. The attached restaurant is now open again. "

"In the middle of the night, when almost all guests were in deep sleep, a drunk man pulled out the fire alarm of the hotel (we were not sure if it was by accidentally or intentionally 😥), which killed the entire night. Negative. "

"The room was listed as Non-Smoking. As soon as I walked into the room I knew it had been SMOKED in. Could smell the NICOTINE. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke or any "other" smoke. Gives me migrains & vomiting. If a room was previously a smoking room it should be noted in the listings. The room itself was clean & the beds very comfortable. It looked like they have started to do some renovations. Paint in bathroom was peeling off the walls. The parking lot is full of potholes."

"We stayed for one night and wanted to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked as it should be because it was an excellent atmosphere with friendly staff that was always there to help if needed "

"The actual room I had at this location was nowhere near what the photos made it out to look like. My stay at this location started out rocky when I checked in and found out that the room I had just moved my luggage into hadn't been cleaned yet after the previous visitor. The cleaning staff member who came to tidy up was irritated that I was in the unit before it was cleaned, then I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until she was done. The room and the building are somewhat rundown, but if you need a quick place to stay for a night or two, it would work. Besides the one cleaning staff member I interacted with, the rest of the employees were courteous/nice, and the location is close to all kinds of restaurants and a mall."
