「Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken」

「This was a beautiful property. Unfortunately we arrived very late and didn’t get to spend any daylight hours enjoying to grounds so it was a bit of a waste to us. The restaurant was closed which we were not aware of when we booked. Lovely place if you are planning to use the grounds and enjoy the property .」

「What a lovely quaint hotel. Upon arrival the exterior looks a little ragged and in need of some refurbishment. What a surprise when i went inside. Lovely, well kept wall paper and carpets in designs that match the age of the property. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated as the carpet was perfect and the bathroom was pristine! The shower was incredibly powerful and beautifully hot. Alongside the normal fluffy white towels was a lovely little toiletry set which was unexpected for...

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Clean room - helpful and pleasant staff. However, although there was a car park it is super small (four cars max), therefore I had to park a 15-minute walk away in a public car park.」

「The renovated rooms we were in were very comfortable & warm in stormy weather. Plenty of toiletries & refreshments. The food in the restaurant & bar was excellent & very reasonably priced.」

「Mandip and Vijay were excellent. 10/10 Breakfast was outstanding Room plumbing needed adjustments taps in the sink and mixer taps in the shower/bath Room was beautiful.」

「Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone」

「very good」

「Good stay」

「The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.」

「The room is so tiny and feel like living in a prison, other than that hotel staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast is surprising not bad. 」
