「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「I can't speak highly enough of thi s hotel and bar. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the decor and comfort are excellent. We stayed in a family room, which is ,in fact, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other 2 singles. TV in both.Everything you could need is provided, and the bathroom is fabulous. Continental breakfast included too.

「We wanted to stay at The Vincent Hotel for a while so chose to spend the night for our anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception. Our room was lovely, clean and quite modern. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking Lord Street. Not long after checking in we had a knock on the door and were given 2 glasses of fizz for our anniversary which was nice.
