「Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. 」

「From Mr. Franklin gtreeting us at the front door and pushing our luggage cart up to check-in because one of the wheels was warped and wobbling to Eric at the front desk so was externally personable. This was my first stay at an AC pellets but if this is the level of hospitality that I'm going to get every time, I'll definitely be back sooner them」
