"Our room was not clean. There was ice in the tub and a bottle of vodka. There was stains on the mattress. There was marker writing on the lampshade. Just terrible. And they charged $500 as it was the only hotel left in town. I should get my money back."

"I booked this hotel for a concert weekend. Upon arrival the hotel appears run down but for our short stay would hopefully suffice. I immediately stripped the bed (as I do in every hotel I stay in) to find numerous stains on the pillow cases, comforter, sheet, mattress cover, and mattress directly. ..."
