「Great location to stay, with restaurants options, department stores, just 7 minutes away from Six flags San Antonio and very nice staff. The only complaint was that our room had a funny smell, but we let them know and they came and put som spray, but we believe it was because of the construction that is happening at the moment that we stayed. I will come back for sure. Love the location.」

「DO NOT BOOK! Dirty moldy smell as soon as you exit the elevators on the first floor. Dirty Pool, Dirty Spa, Dirty doors! Our 2 bedroom suite DID NOT have central air. They put 3 window units in. Bugs were able to get in under the cracks of the windows. ZERO PRIVACY because the curtains are long and if you close them you wouldn’t get any air. The kitchen was dirty, dishwasher was exposed from under the cabinet. The sink was filthy, old rusty,crusty fixtures. We had to bleach the refrigerator...

「My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.」
