"Great location right next to the main station with direct connection to TPE. Was a little tricky getting there from the station. Lots of food options in the neighborhood and walking distance to Ximendi, a great market for food and shopping. Everything works in the hotel including the laundry. Just a pleasant stay."

"Great service from check in to check out. Staff welcoming and attentive. Stayed in a king room on the club level and did not regret it. Hotel location perfect. A street level pediatrician bridge next to the building takes you to Taipei Main Station and in the other direction (next door) is Q Square mall which is also connected to the bus station and MRT (but a bit of a walk underground). I read from other reviews about the hotel being dark and it is (hallways, lobby, dining area) but for me, it just made the stay more special. "

"Hotel Cozzi is a great place to stay especially if you prioritize MRT access and a wonderful 2nd floor lounge. I traveled with elderly parents who needed to be super close to MRT and there is even an escalator entrance right outside the hotel. They have an excellent selection at the breakfast buffet and their beautiful lounge is open all day so you can sit with your group and have coffee/tea and even light snacks. We had a family friend come visit a couple of times and we were able to entertain them in the lounge. Another bonus for older folks is that it's not super chaotic outside the hotel. The famous breakfast place Fu Hang Soy Milk is just across the street. While it is overrated in my opinion, it's worthwhile to try it. The mild cons with the Cozzi is that the staff is polite but remain somewhat distant and not overly welcoming which is different from what I have experienced at another smaller hotel. Also, I don't particularly like the area outside the hotel for shopping and food. While it's convenient to take the MRT, it is lacking immediate shopping and restaurants that can be walked to easily. However, I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's extremely comfortable, clean and updated."
