My family of 12 and I stayed from June 8th-13th. I will start with the issue, then I'll talk about the good.
1. not really the hotels fault; Expedia listed free transportation from the airport to hotel. That was inaccurate, but after multiple calls and many hours, we were reimbursed. 2. Our room was not ready until we asked for it. They gave away my nephews room. 3. Our room was only fully serviced once. We never got any refills in our fridge. When we asked they didn't come until the next day. Room service was terrible. 4. We got ants in our room and called. They came but again the room was not serviced and they left the ants and spray all over the floor. I had to call for them to come back. And they acted like "why are you calling?" 5. Good luck getting a reservation for the restaurants. They don't accommodate big groups. My sister had to hassle to get one dinner together and the restraunts didn't ever look full. 6. The GOOD! The buffet food is really good! SHAUNA at the buffet is amazing!! The bar place takes forever!! We left because no one came to our table after I said I was waiting for my husband. We were sitting for 20 minutes. The pool bars are super cool! Nathaniel was really cool and was quick to get drinks for everyone! He goes above and beyond. The jerk food place is also really good! Beach is beautiful. Water slides and kid pool are really nice as well as shows. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this place due to the service and reservations.
